Packaging design is a fascinating and diverse part of manufacturing. After completing a degree in Food Science (Product Development) at the University of Otago, Sarah has worked in Quality and Product Development teams for some of NZ's largest FMCG companies. Early on she completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Packaging Technology with Honours from Massey University. Packaging was the passion she never realised she had until she fell into it. Food, manufacturing, graphic design, engineering, marketing, warehousing, NPD and project management are just a few of her favourite things and just a few of the areas involved when working in packaging. Sarah has worked with a range of product types and packaging methods giving a broad set of skills.
